Job Role: Techno Functional Consultant - Odoo
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Odoo Consultant who can work under the leadership of our technical team. The ideal candidate should have deep functional and technical knowledge of Odoo and be capable of handling the complete Odoo lifecycle—from understanding client business requirements to delivering a fully customized Odoo solution. The candidate should be able to analyze business processes, recommend appropriate Odoo modules, and develop tailored solutions to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:
1.Interact with clients to gather business requirements and provide expert recommendations on suitable Odoo modules.
2.Design, develop, and implement customized Odoo solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
3.Conduct functional and technical gap analysis to address specific business challenges.
4.Lead end-to-end Odoo implementation projects, including configuration, customization, and deployment.
5.Develop and optimize custom Odoo modules to enhance system capabilities.
6.Provide guidance and support on Odoo best practices, workflows, and automation.
7.Ensure high-quality deliverables by conducting thorough testing and quality assurance.
8.Provide training and documentation for end-users and internal teams.
9.Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues related to Odoo.
10.Stay updated with the latest Odoo features and updates to ensure continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
1.Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Odoo development and implementation.
2.Strong expertise in both functional and technical aspects of Odoo (Odoo Community and Enterprise editions).
3.Proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, XML, JavaScript, and Odoo framework.
4.Hands-on experience in customizing Odoo modules and workflows.
5.Strong understanding of Odoo ORM, API integrations, and third-party app development.
6.Excellent knowledge of Odoo’s core modules, including Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, HR, and Manufacturing.
7.Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical solutions.
8.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently on complex Odoo projects.
9.Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines for Odoo deployments (Preferred but not mandatory).
10.Strong communication and client-handling skills with the ability to provide clear business solutions.
11.Experience in writing technical documentation and user manuals.

Preferred Qualifications:
1.Odoo certification is a plus.
2.Experience in managing and leading Odoo projects.
3.Prior experience in handling multiple Odoo instances and multi-company setups.
4.Exposure to cloud deployments (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for Odoo.
5.Knowledge of accounting and financial modules is highly preferred.
