Description

Duties & Responsibilities:
Executing daily tasks given by Team Lead & Associate Team Lead
To achieve quantity target set by Leads at all time and strive to maintain 100% quality in all tasks delivered
To be an effective team player and contribute to the team for achieving the set quantity and quality targets.
On-time completion of assigned tasks.
To address the doubts/queries on records/tasks to leads as appropriate without any delay.
To take initiatives for enrichment of the team.
Maintaining high ethics and morale in the work place.
Following all the organizational policies and procedures.
Executing any other tasks assigned by the management from time to time based on the priority.
Provide Non voice and voice based support to clients
Administrative assistant for Global companies
Internet research and CRM database updating and management.
Write content for a variety of questions
Contact Global companies and setting up appointments for business development
Maintaining databases and generating reports

E-Mails/Calls and Other Communication
-Checking and responding to E-mails
-Manage contact lists and customer spreadsheets
-Handle client inquiries by call or e-mail
-The language and content of the E-Mails to match the expectation.
-Effective communication in the team and Client
-To possess strong personal code of ethics, including maintaining confidentiality, avoiding conflict of interest, and avoiding self-dealing.

Lead Generation
-Generates qualified leads
-Identify best directories to generate leads
-Gather information and research additional resources to make the database up to date
