Description

Fundamental Role Expertise:
 Knowledge of a broad range of software applications and of hardware and networks.
 Strong understanding of SDLC processes and the QA lifecycle and methodology.
 Interact with product management, project management and development teams to develop a strong understanding of the project and testing objectives.
 Design and create test conditions and scripts to address business and technical use cases.
 Participate in troubleshooting and triaging of issues with different teams to drive towards root cause identification and resolution.
 Document, track and escalate issues.
 Support production deployment of applications and perform validation testing on need basis
 Assist in troubleshooting faults observed in production and provide root cause analysis.
 Conduct testing of multiple products in web, backend, desktop, mobile and multi-platform application environment.
 Creation of test cases based on the requirements defined, Wireframes, Use-Case Diagrams. Coordinate on frequent updates based on the changes and reuse wherever applicable across product life cycle.
 Execute test cases at different stages of the Product Life Cycle &Following testing standards.
 Should have good exposure in Database/backend testing.
 Ensuring all development tasks meet quality criteria through testing the quality assurance and issue tracking.
 Meeting the deadlines and release projects as per target defined.
 Ensure that the several testing and validation processes are improved continuously.
 Provides weekly and monthly status report that includes testing metrics and performance of projects in quality perspective.
 Deriving test data for all scenarios identified.
 A strong understanding of projects.
