Key Responsibilities:
We are looking for a responsible and resourceful virtual assistant who work in night shifts to support clerical projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle client inquiries by phone, chat or e-mail
- Organize client’s schedule
- Manage contact lists and customer spreadsheets
- Online and offline promotion of the client’s business
- Handle correspondence and transcribe documents
- Complete market or internet research
- Create purchase orders, track and manage payments
- Manage social media accounts and replies

Requirements:

- Any bachelor’s degree preferred
- Mininum 1 year previous experience handling assistant or administrative responsibilities, or experience in customer service or related field preferred
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel); scheduling appointments/updating calendars
- Able to organize and manage large amounts of files, tasks, schedules, and information
- Self-directed and able to work without supervision
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer-service and presentation skills
