Duties & Responsibilities:
Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices
Completion of assigned tasks related to projects without deviation in effort and schedule.
Maintain minimum of 95% productivity towards internal and external projects assigned
Testing & evaluating the new programs to maintain 0% defects.
Modifying the developed software as per changes, adapt it to new environment and improve its performance on demand.
Driving the subordinates to success of the project and quality of deliverables.
Avoid escalations in delivered solutions and quality of software programs
Preparing reports on programming project specifications, activities or status. Researching, designing, Implementing and managing software programs.
Preparing the documentation such as training manual, case studies, solution documents etc.,
Conducting minimum of 4 technical knowledge sharing sessions per year
Reviewing the current systems at regular intervals and conduct preventive maintenance for security & vulnerability of software programs
Conduct end-to-end training to build successors in Jr. Associate grades.
Presenting ideas and advanced solution for system improvements.
Fundamental Role Expertise:
Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities
Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem solving skills
Ability to learn new programming languages / Technologies quickly.
Participating in any quality assurance work required to ensure the delivered products are truly fit for purpose
Adhering to high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on-time and on-budget. Providing third-level support to business users
Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a dynamic work environment
Participate in peer-reviews and lead reviews and provide feedback
Technical Skill Requirement:
Primary skill
SQL,SSIS, SSMS,SSRS, SCRIPTING LANGUAGE,ETL BASIC
Secondary skill
RANOREX TESTING, MANUAL TESTING QTP
