Duties & Responsibilities:
Sourcing
Proactively researching and investigating new ideas to create innovative sourcing strategies.
Maintain the skill matrix for roles/designations.
Gather the information on the raised job from the Managers/Reporting officers.
List the knowledge, skills and abilities of an individual needs to possess to perform the job.
Meeting deadlines for the number of vacancies taken.
Prepare sourcing materials and post jobs to appropriate job board /colleges etc.
Sourcing profiles through various means (Job portals, social network, portfolio sites, employee reference and database) to identify potential candidate.
Maintain the sourcing tracker.
Develop and execute recruitment plans (campus recruitment, Job fairs, and third part consultancies).
Maintaining internal and external job postings to ensure accurate representation of open positions.
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications. (Roles & Responsibilities, Primary skills).
Screen candidate’s resumes and job applications.
Analyzing the right profiles.
Conduct pre-screening interviews.
Planning and organizing the interview schedules.
Execute the plan on conducting Interviews (levels of interviews, Aptitude tests, Machine, Technical Test).
Maintaining a regular contact with prospected candidates and update the database.
Recruitment
Update the career page on the website regarding the openings with proper JD.
Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
Assess applicant’s relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
Performing reference and background verifications for the selected profiles.
Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process.
Recruit, interview and hire for entry level positions initially.
Send out all bulk email (e.g. confirmation emails, rejection emails) and handle paperwork (e.g. offer letters).
