Key Responsibilities: • Design and implement Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) models to enhance the performance and accuracy of LLMs. • Utilize the LangChain framework for building efficient LLM workflows. • Develop methods for chunking and embedding non-structured and structured databases, storing these in vector databases such as Pinecone. • Conduct vector similarity searches to improve information retrieval processes. • Employ the llmware framework for citations and source verification, ensuring the accuracy of LLM responses by comparing them with source data. • Generate knowledge by prompting separate LLMs to produce information, aiming to improve overall LLM performance. • Possess in-depth knowledge of all main proprietary LLMs, including GPT-3, GPT-3.5Turbo, GPT-4, GPT-4Turbo, Claude 1, Claude 2, Llama, etc. • Apply advanced prompt engineering techniques such as Chain of Thought, Zero-shot CoT, Self Consistency, Least-to-most, AutoPrompt, Prefix Tuning, Prompt Tuning, and P Tuning to refine LLM outputs. • Ensure security measures, including encryption in transit and at rest, are upheld. • Optimize LLM performance through caching, efficient API calls, and cloud infrastructure optimization. Odoo Tally Intregration Specialist

Migration Planning: o Analyze and understand the existing Tally setup, processes, and data. o Design a comprehensive migration plan to transition from Tally to Odoo with minimal disruption. 2. Data Migration: o Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from Tally to Odoo, ensuring accuracy and completeness. o Validate migrated data and resolve discrepancies. 3. System Configuration: o Configure Odoo modules (Accounting, Inventory, Sales, etc.) to replicate and enhance Tally functionalities. o Customize workflows and reports to meet business needs. 4. Integration: o Ensure seamless integration with third-party tools and legacy systems. o Set up APIs or connectors for real-time synchronization, if required. 5. Testing and Validation: o Conduct rigorous testing of the migrated data and system functionalities. o Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth user acceptance testing (UAT). 6. Training and Support: o Provide training to end-users on Odoo modules and processes. o Offer post-migration support to resolve issues and optimize performance. 7. Documentation: o Maintain detailed documentation of the migration process, configurations, and troubleshooting steps. Required Skills and Qualifications  Technical Expertise: o Strong understanding of Tally ERP and Odoo ERP, with hands-on experience in both systems. o Proficiency in Python (for Odoo customization) and SQL (for data handling).  Experience: o At least 5 years of experience in ERP implementation, migration, or system integration. o Proven experience in Tally to Odoo migrations is a must.  Analytical Skills: o Ability to analyze business workflows and map them to Odoo functionalities. o Expertise in troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges during migration.  Communication and Collaboration: o Strong verbal and written communication skills. o Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.  Certifications (Preferred): o Odoo Functional or Technical Certification. o Certifications in Tally ERP will be a plus
