About PPTS Solutions
PPTS Solutions is a technology solutions company specializing in Odoo ERP Implementation, AI Solutions, Custom Software Development, Mobile Application Development, Cybersecurity, IT Infrastructure Services, and Digital Marketing. We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth and expand our client base across domestic and international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and referrals.
Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets.
Generate leads for Odoo ERP, Custom Software Development, Mobile Applications, AI Solutions, Cybersecurity, IT Infrastructure, and Digital Marketing services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Understand customer requirements and coordinate with technical teams to provide suitable solutions.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and proposal discussions.
Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals, contracts, and service agreements.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecast reports in CRM.
Participate in industry events, exhibitions, webinars, and networking activities.
Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Required Skills:
Strong experience in IT Services Sales, Software Sales, ERP Sales, or Technology Consulting Sales.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Experience in lead generation through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email campaigns, and cold calling.
Understanding of software development lifecycle and IT services.
Ability to work independently and achieve revenue targets.
Strong relationship-building and client management skills.
Experience in handling domestic and international clients is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
MBA (Marketing/Business Development) preferred.
Experience in selling ERP solutions, SaaS products, or IT services will be an added advantage.

Monthly qualified leads generated.
Client meetings and proposal submissions.
Revenue generated and target achievement.
Conversion ratio from leads to closures.
