Recruitment Support:
Assist in posting job openings on various job boards and social media platforms.
Screen resumes and applications, and schedule interviews.
Participate in initial candidate interviews and provide feedback to the hiring team.
Onboarding and Orientation:
Assist in coordinating the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork and welcome kits.
Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new employees with company policies, procedures, and culture.
Employee Relations:
Support HR team in addressing employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Assist in conducting employee surveys and analyzing feedback to identify areas for improvement.
HR Administration:
Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
Assist in preparing HR documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and HR reports.
Training and Development:
Coordinate training sessions and workshops for employees.
Assist in evaluating training effectiveness and gathering feedback from participants.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Previous internship or work experience in HR is a plus.
