Job Title: International Telecalling Appointment Setter
Location: Coimbatore

About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Telecalling Appointment Setter experienced in engaging international clients (US, UK, Australia, Canada, etc.) for service-based industries such as janitorial, plumbing, security, and software.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, confidence in handling global prospects, and a proven record in fixing qualified appointments with decision-makers for sales teams.

Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to international prospects and introduce our service offerings (janitorial, plumbing, security, and software services).
• Engage professionally with decision-makers (owners, facility managers, operations heads, etc.) and identify opportunities.
• Fix appointments for the Business Development / Sales Team and ensure calendar confirmations.
• Maintain and update CRM records accurately with call notes and follow-ups.
• Work closely with the marketing and sales team to ensure the quality of leads and appointment conversion.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment targets.
• Conduct research on target markets to build prospect lists and understand client requirements.
• Readiness to work in USA & Australian Time

Key Skills Required
• Excellent English communication (both verbal and written).
• Strong international calling experience (preferably US, UK, or Australia markets).
• Proven ability to fix qualified appointments consistently.
• Familiar with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or similar).
• Industry understanding in janitorial, plumbing, facility management, security, or software services is highly preferred.
• Ability to handle objections professionally and maintain a high call-to-appointment conversion ratio.
• Organized, target-driven, and proactive attitude.
