Responsibilities:
Build & maintain lead databases (LinkedIn, B2B platforms, email lists)
Run outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and calls
Qualify leads & schedule demos
Present proposals & close deals
Coordinate with delivery teams for smooth onboarding

What You Bring:
2–5 years of B2B experience in IT/ITES sales
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Exposure to CRM tools & sales tracking
Proven track record in closing deals
Ability to work independently and meet targets
