Job Title: Odoo Developer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented Odoo Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and customizing Odoo modules and applications, implementing new features and functionalities, and maintaining existing systems. The Odoo Developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality software solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and customize Odoo modules and applications based on business requirements.
Implement new features and functionalities within Odoo framework.
Perform Odoo system configuration and optimization.
Integrate third-party systems and applications with Odoo.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
Design and implement technical solutions that align with business needs and best practices.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following coding standards.
Perform unit testing and troubleshooting to ensure software quality and stability.
Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
Document technical specifications, processes, and procedures.
Stay updated with Odoo releases, modules, and best practices.
Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing sessions.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

Proven experience as an Odoo Developer or similar role.
Strong proficiency in Python programming language.
Hands-on experience with Odoo framework and its modules.
Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL).
Knowledge of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:
Odoo certification(s) is a plus.
Experience with Odoo deployment, administration, and performance tuning.
Knowledge of ERP systems and business processes.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Familiarity with Linux operating system.
Experience with front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js).
