Description

Job Objective:
• To interpret business requirements and translates them into a deployable solution that meets functional and non-functional needs.
• To focus on consistently delivering working software to the standards expected
• Outstanding Developer to be responsible for the coding, innovative design
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Adhering to standards and best practice laid out in the Technical Implementation Standards
• Testing the output of their own work prior to independent testing
• Adhere to company and project standards and guidelines
• Accurate time accounting and reporting of own work.
• Promptly escalate issues, which affect product delivery and quality that are beyond scope of influence and report same to Technical Lead.
• Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices
• Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs
• Create and maintain Lesson learnt and Challenges faced documentation on the module worked
• Participating in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code.
• Technical Lead will be responsible for developer’s project activities so it is imperative that all Developers should keep the technical lead updated on their project whereabouts.
