Job Title: Senior Digital Marketing Executive – AI-Driven Lead Generation (International Service Industry)
Location: Coimbatore
Experience Required: 4 – 8 years

About the Role
We are seeking a results-oriented Digital Marketer who has proven experience in generating 100+ qualified enquiries per month in the service industry across international markets (US, UK, Australia, Canada, etc.).
The ideal candidate must be strong in SEO, Google & Meta Ads, LinkedIn marketing, and AI-based marketing tools to drive scalable and automated lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Growth
Plan and execute strategies to deliver a minimum of 100 qualified enquiries per month for service-based brands (janitorial, plumbing, security, software, etc.).
Build and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn with strong conversion focus.
Optimize campaigns based on CPL (Cost-Per-Lead), conversion rates, and ROI metrics.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Develop and implement effective on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve visibility in target geographies.
Research and track top international keywords relevant to service industries.
Coordinate with content teams to align blogs, landing pages, and backlinking plans for lead generation.
AI-Driven Marketing & Automation
Use AI marketing platforms such as Jasper, SurferSEO, ChatGPT, HubSpot AI, Salesforce Einstein, or similar for campaign optimization, predictive lead scoring, and personalized outreach.
Automate lead nurturing, email workflows, and audience targeting using AI-powered CRM and ad tools.
Continuously experiment with new AI tools to scale enquiries without manual dependency.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Monitor daily and weekly lead metrics, ad performance, SEO traffic, and conversion analytics.
Present reports to management with insights and improvement plans.
Manage budgets efficiently to maintain profitability and growth.
Key Skills Required
Digital Advertising Expertise:
Proven mastery of Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
SEO Proficiency:
In-depth knowledge of keyword research, backlinking, and technical SEO.
AI Marketing Tools:
Hands-on experience with AI automation tools like Jasper, ChatGPT, SurferSEO, HubSpot AI, ClickUp AI, Apollo.io, or similar.
Analytics & Optimization:
Advanced use of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio, and Conversion Tracking.
Lead Generation Strategy:
Experience creating funnels that convert international audiences into paying clients.
Industry Knowledge:
Exposure to B2B or service-oriented sectors such as janitorial, facility management, security, plumbing, or software services.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in digital marketing and B2B lead generation.
Demonstrated track record of generating 100+ qualified leads per month in international markets.
Certification in Google Ads / Meta Ads / HubSpot / LinkedIn Marketing (preferred).
