We’re Hiring: Subject Matter Expert (SME) – Credit Analyst

we are looking for a highly experienced Credit Analyst SME to support our Financial Services vertical and drive domain excellence in credit risk and lending solutions.

Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu
Experience Required: 8+ Years
Domain: Banking / NBFC / FinTech / Financial Services

Role Overview:
As a Subject Matter Expert in Credit Analysis, you will play a critical role in aligning business requirements with IT solutions, supporting client consulting, and strengthening our financial services delivery capabilities.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Provide end-to-end expertise in credit underwriting & risk assessment
✔ Translate credit business requirements into functional IT specifications
✔ Support pre-sales, RFP/RFI responses & client workshops
✔ Review credit scoring models & risk methodologies
✔ Guide automation initiatives in credit evaluation workflows
✔ Train and mentor internal teams on credit domain practices

🧠 Required Expertise:
Strong background in Credit Risk Assessment & Financial Statement Analysis
Experience in lending operations (Banking/NBFC preferred)
Knowledge of underwriting frameworks & scoring models
Exposure to risk management systems and credit automation tools
Strong analytical, stakeholder management & presentation skills
Any Degree with good communication skills.
